It took some looking but I verified the above etching is roughtly the same view as my photo below. On this page is a larger version of the image showing the steet running across the page to be "Cross Street" and the street curving up to the left to be "Orange Street". This page verifies that Cross Street (in as much as it still exists) is Mosco St. and Orange Street is Baxter St. That makes the street running up to the left Worth Street. Paradise Square would be behind the "Grocery" (i.e. Saloon - notice how it says "Wiskey" underneath "Grocery") on the left in the area that is now occupied by the New York Coutry court house. The building at the corner of Baxter and Worth today is the Department of Motor Vehicles. It's another "Grocery" in the etching.
