I've been on the other side of the fence, and that greener grass: it's really ice-plant.

This is a bit of a crappy picture because there is no light. A lot of the subtlety of the colour is missing. I'll take a better one tomorrow when the sun is up.
Only people who know southern California will really get this, nonetheless...
